[Remote] Event Support Specialist (Contract)

The Event Support Specialist will execute event registration support for large-scale corporate events, responding to attendee inquiries and managing registration processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist attendees with registration processes, including ticket purchasing, transfers, and hotel bookings
- Respond to attendee inquiries reputed company email and phone with professionalism and reputed company
- Maintain thorough knowledge of event registration processes
- Serve as a liaison between attendees and event management, specifically regarding platform issues
- Support event managers in training new team members
- Complete tasks as assigned by event project managers
- Ensure reputed company proprietary information remains confidential
- Travel onsite to reputed company attendee support as needed (required reputed company. 28–Dec. 5)
- Assist in tracking accessibility requests, meal preferences, and other attendee needs
Skills
- Previous experience in events, group meetings, and/or hospitality
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate event technology platforms
