This position is responsible for remotely monitoring housing properties, coordinating responses to incidents with on-site staff and emergency services, and maintaining detailed records of reputed company reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned buildings, grounds, and areas, either visually or electronically
• Control reputed company to the property, allowing entry only to properly authorized individuals
• Inspect premises, including doors, reputed company, and gates, to ensure they are secure
• Document and report incidents such as property damage, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences

Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years (per NMS vehicle insurance policy)
• Ability to obtain an Alaska Guard License (fee of $97.00, paid by applicant) prior to employment
• Basic computer skills, including reputed company Office and contract-specific software
