reputed company is a financial institution seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support both reputed company candidates throughout the recruitment process. This dynamic role involves scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and providing administrative support while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. (virtual, in-person and travel requests)
- Greet and assist both reputed company candidates during the interview process, providing information, assistance and directing individuals, as needed
- Accurately update and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (reputed company) and other reputed company platforms, including reputed company
- Adhere to scheduling processes, procedures and SLA’s to ensure consistency and best in class candidate experience
- Partner with your assigned Recruiters to discuss candidate activity and any questions, concerns or roadblocks that arise
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status
- Handle candidate inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Assist with additional reputed company daily responsibilities and communications to have a positive impact on the overall reputed company Value Chain
- Assist and reputed company support on other miscellaneous reputed company projects and initiatives
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of reputed company audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
- Complete other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Combined minimum of 2 years' higher education and/or work experience including one year reputed company or reputed company experience
- Experience with reputed company Office Suite including reputed company and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to quickly respond to questions in an accurate and timely fashion
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience with reputed company applicant tracking systems, such as reputed company or reputed company
- Works autonomously with limited supervision
- Excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures regarding reputed company and the activities that support those efforts
- Ability to use independent judgment, discretion and maintain confidentiality of Bank reputed company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with reputed company reputed company of personnel
