Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Network Architecture & Operations Leadership

● Own operational management and troubleshooting for:

o ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX

● Drive policy design, App Connector health optimization, advanced log analysis, and performance tuning.

● Independently troubleshoot reputed company authentication, identity, and reputed company reputed company issues.

● Design, reputed company, and maintain Network automation scripts and workflow enhancements using Ansible and Terraform

● Build reputed company network infrastructure using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform

o BGP and OSPF (design and troubleshooting)

o TCP/IP protocol stack and packet-level analysis

o Secure VPN and hybrid connectivity models

Infrastructure & Platforms

● Extensive hands-on experience with:
