As a IT Quality Assurance & Business Analyst you’ll contribute to our reputed company in the following ways:

• Ensure reputed company activities align with the reputed company of reputed company’s board, executive team, and IT leadership.
• Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate, prioritize, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

• Facilitate change readiness and adoption of new systems or enhancements through training and support.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and reputed company to stakeholders in clear, business-friendly language.
• Translate technical concepts into terms understandable by business users and vice versa.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects.

What is Required?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
• 3–5 years in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance roles.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, reputed company, and test automation platforms.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent preferred.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification desirable.

• Home/Virtual Office location.  
• Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and reputed company auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State.
