Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through multiple reputed company media platforms simultaneously through chat, comments or live interactions.
- Customer Support & Satisfaction:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company tailored solutions.
- Build long-term relationships and trust through reputed company, interactive communication.

- Issue Resolution & Follow-Up:

- Experience:

- Experience with ReAmaze, RichPanel or other CRM Tools is a plus.

- Basic understanding of FAQ databases and help center resources.
