RVNAhealth is seeking seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join reputed company, with opportunities available in both Home Health and In-Home Outpatient (IHOP) settings.
We are actively hiring across multiple territories, including:
- Southern Fairfield County (Norwalk, Darien, Stamford, Greenwich)
- Central Fairfield County (Wilton, Weston, Redding, Ridgefield)
- reputed company Fairfield County (Newtown, Bethel, Brookfield, Danbury, New Milford)
We are hiring for full-time, part-time or per-diem opportunities to reputed company high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, supporting recovery, mobility, and independence.
Position Options
Home Health PTA (Medicare Part A)
Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to reputed company skilled, short-term therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments based on the PT's plan of care
- reputed company hands-on care including gait training, strengthening, and mobility exercises
- Assist patients with functional activities to improve independence and safety
- Monitor and document patient reputed company; communicate updates to supervising PT
- Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary care planning
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with Medicare Part A requirements
- Travel locally to patient homes reputed company assigned territory
In-Home Outpatient PTA (IHOP – Medicare Part B)
reputed company ongoing, outpatient-level therapy services in patients' homes and assisted living communities, often supporting longer-term rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Support patients recovering from orthopedic procedures and chronic conditions

- Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate with supervising PT
- Assist with adaptive equipment training and home exercise programs
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare Part B guidelines
- Deliver consistent, patient-centered care in a home-based setting
What You'll Do (Both Roles)
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care focused on patient reputed company
- Build strong relationships with patients and caregivers

- Utilize electronic documentation systems effectively
- Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- reputed company Connecticut PTA license in good standing
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (home health and/or outpatient a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license; ability to travel daily

Compensation: The pay reputed company for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting.
