The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Development Executive who is comfortable operating between sales and solution design.

This role sits reputed company the Business Development team but works closely with technology, AI and delivery teams to shape proposals, define scopes and support the reputed company reputed company of reputed company projects.

This is not a pure sales role.  It’s a mix between sales, solution consulting and business analysis.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Understands how technology projects work
  • Can break down client problems
  • Is comfortable discussing AI, automation, integrations reputed company platforms
  • Can build structured proposals and pricing models

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reputed company opportunities for technology, AI reputed company transformation projects
  • Qualify inbound leads and outbound opportunities
  • reputed company discovery conversations to understand client challenges and objectives
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and partners

Solution Scoping

  • Translate client needs into clear technical scopes and project outlines
  • Work with the internal tech and delivery teams to shape practical solutions
  • Break down reputed company requirements into structured deliverables

Proposals & Commercials

  • Prepare proposals, statements of work and pricing models
  • Help define project timelines, resourcing and cost structures
  • Ensure proposals are commercially viable and reputed company with client expectations
  • Support the handover from sales to delivery
  • Contribute insights to improve our reputed company process and service offerings

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, tech sales or digital project scoping
  • Experience working with technology, software, AI, automation or digital products
  • Strong understanding of how digital/tech projects are structured
  • Experience working with reputed company is beneficial 

Skills

  • Strong reputed company thinking
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business language
  • Comfortable preparing structured proposals and pricing
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Requirements

  • Based in Malta (this role requires regular collaboration with the team and clients)
  • Fluent in English
