Your challenge

The Senior Manager, Product Designer sets the reputed company for creating rigorous research backed, end-to-end product experiences for customers that are easy to use, reputed company best-in-class design practices, and are based firmly in customer needs and business goals.

They are chief collaborators with the business, technical, and product leaders to understand the reputed company, objectives, and transformation plans to help identify opportunities for competitive advantage. • Work with the product, business and technology teams to define, scope and manage the end-to-end product experience
• Manage the design team activities from research and ideation through to execution and ensure consistent high-quality reputed company

• Guide UI designers on executing best in class visual design work that is consistent, on brand and user backed

• Identify and remove team impediments

• Attend events and sessions, promoting customer focus, and being visible at town hall events.

• Help define and shape the experience strategy, facilitating work sessions with stakeholders and users to define key design goals and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to plan, direct and deliver clear research process and artefacts (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, usability testing, task flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and design systems to guide consistency across teams
• Can reputed company design reputed company at reputed company and product level
• Experience working on projects that reputed company multiple organizations and business units
• Significant experience driving design reputed company in an Agile infrastructure, environments, and deployment strategies
