Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Independently resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting SLAs while delivering exceptional service.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers.
- Conducting proactive customer reputed company initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Navigating multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results.
- Adhering to internal procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory standards.

Work Environment and Schedule
This is a part-time position, with a work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, reputed company the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable high-speed internet reputed company required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment.

Compensation and Benefits
