About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist on our Night Shift team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Work well under time constraints and meet schedules, at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client's needs are met
What You'll Need
* Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from 10pm-6am CT
- 3+ years of work experience in a customer/client-facing role

- Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
- Organizational skills and experience improving processes
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize

Work Environment and Company Culture

Compensation and Benefits

- 20 - 23 USD per hour (US Tier 2)
