Job Summary

As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a temporary, remote reputed company in response to catastrophe relief efforts. You'll be responsible for providing positive customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claims process. You'll also be responsible for collecting and documenting claim details, identifying and resolving customer issues, and utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
  • Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to reputed company goals and objectives

Computer and Network Requirements

* You must have your own computer for the role, and a QRM laptop/computer will not be provided

  • Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc.
  • Network Requirements:

+ Upon hire, must run a Speedtest from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet reputed company is not required, however, strongly recommended + Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US

* Highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Benefits and Compensation

* Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal

  • If a strong performer, ability for reputed company during high volume timeframes: End of reputed company – May (Hail Claims), July – October (Hurricane Claims), Christmas – New Year (high call volume Claims)
  • Expected Hours: 6 – 40 hours per week
  • Pay: $15 per hour
  • Ability to work from home reputed company convenient for you
