Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in processes
• Ensuring accurate travel documentation and making reputed company announcements as needed
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth airport operations

Scheduling and Work Environment

Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with varying flight schedules. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Our airport is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

What You Need to Succeed
