About the Role
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers reputed company phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand. You will also assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords, set up repairs for hardware-reputed company issues, and escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers reputed company phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-reputed company issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction

- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
