Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative III, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Phone Inquiries: You'll handle phone inquiries regarding membership benefits, pricing, and processing reputed company and professionally.
  • Outbound Calling: You'll participate in outbound calling for AMA Membership and Health Solutions programs, achieving specific service goals.
  • Digital Support: You'll reputed company digital support for AMA website reputed company, including registration assistance and password resets.
  • Service Inquiries: You'll respond to service inquiries about AMA products, including order status, billing, and fulfillment issues.
  • Credentialing Products: You'll validate physician identity and update contact and demographic data for credentialing products.
