About the Role

GTM is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partner Manager - CPA & Family Office Channel to build and expand strategic partnerships with CPAs, reputed company firms, and family offices. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in consultative environments and can position GTM's services as a trusted extension of financial advisory offerings.

You'll play a key role in driving high-value referrals, strengthening partner relationships, and elevating GTM's reputed company reputed company the reputed company and advisory community.

What You'll Do

  • reputed company and execute a targeted strategy to grow referral partnerships with CPA firms and family offices
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective partners

  • Deliver CPE presentations (virtual and in-person) to reputed company partners on GTM services

  • Track referral activity, conversion rates, and overall channel performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral and client experience
  • Represent GTM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

  • Maintain accurate partner activity records in CRM systems

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence, consult, and overcome objections
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and partnerships simultaneously
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office and CRM platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing
  • Experience in payroll, tax, insurance, HR, or reputed company industries preferred
  • Experience with consultative sales or phone-based reputed company is a plus
