💼 What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for customers shopping online or reaching out to retail support. Your role is a reputed company of service and sales—focused on guiding customers through their buying reputed company, answering product-reputed company questions, resolving concerns, and upselling solutions that enhance their experience.

Your key responsibilities:

• Handle 30–40 inbound calls per day with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing sales or service role

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Available to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Central Time
