Job Description:

The role is responsible for end-to-end workforce management, delivery readiness, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment between business goals and individual career aspirations reputed company the PMO capability.

The role also defines and evolves the PMO capability strategy, ensuring maturity, scalability, and alignment with organisational delivery needs, business objectives, and market trends (e.g. Agile, SAFe, AI-enabled PMO).

Responsibilities

Business & Staffing

  • Bench & Staffing Management: Anticipate and manage bench-reputed company risks, identify available or transitioning employees, and ensure efficient allocation across projects

Qualifications:

  • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with retention strategies and employee engagement tools (e.g., eNPS, Officevibe)
  • Financial acumen in staffing, labor cost, and project profitability
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and PMO practices reputed company IT services
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
