Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients, caregivers, doctors, and other reputed company. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company timely and accurate support, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of account-reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review patient accounts and records to ensure timely patient service
• Communicate with Team Supports and Management team for reputed company requiring approval or escalation
• Utilize the Customer Service Wiki to maintain a strong knowledge reputed company of processes, procedures, insurance guidelines, products, and company information

Essential Functions

Required Education and Experience

Work Environment and Culture

* Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with occasional overtime)
