The Opportunity

We're seeking an reputed company customer service representative to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound phone calls and reputed company a high-quality patient/caller experience

• Review patient liability questions and concerns
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• reputed company referral coordination, including completing reputed company Referrals and/or referral tracking queue
• Work reputed company assigned work timely according to department standards and document reputed company actions in the system
• Register new patients, verify patient demographics and health insurance, and update patient information in designated databases
• Respond to general information requests and/or inquiries from patients, physicians, medical offices, and other callers
• Communicate effectively and in a professional manner
• Process reputed company work-reputed company responsibilities in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a call center answering customer service inquiries regarding reputed company
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour work shift between the hours of 6:30am - 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. This may not necessarily be reputed company the individual's time zone in which he/she resides as it is based upon client need and the time zone in which the client operates. Rotating Saturday coverage may be needed/is likely.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience using EPIC

Compensation and Benefits
