Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Phone Representative. As a remote in-home representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, answering inbound phone calls, making outbound appointment setting calls, and managing database records. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional service as the first reputed company of contact to our customers

• Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and reputed company information with amazing customer service

• Manage and Monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Have a designated and approved in-home workspace

• Receive inbound calls

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Ability to type 40 wpm+
• Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled
• Ability to reputed company on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled
• Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
