Job Summary

As a Customer Service Receptionist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves a reputed company of tasks, including:

  • Greeting customers and visitors, answering calls on a multi-extension phone system, and transferring calls as necessary
  • Assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
