Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex Answer Team, you'll serve as a single reputed company of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and reputed company other routine customer service inquiries
  • Delivering reputed company resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client
  • Utilizing process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Developing technical acumen to effectively troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, reputed company, and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies, with a focus on identifying and resolving recurring issues
  • Capability to reputed company technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong client-facing orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, reputed company, and problem-solving
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
