Job Summary

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience. This is a part-time, seasonal role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for fully understanding reputed company lines of business benefits, medical management processes, demographic change processes, and process for changing Primary Care Physicians (PCP)
• Answer "entry level" claims inquiries
• Takes "Over the Counter" (OTC) orders for products and diabetic supplies
• Understands and processes "entry level" enrollment and disenrollment procedures
• Enters prospective members into our software database
• Maintains appropriate reputed company reputed company documents and reference documents
• Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers
• Works effectively as a team contributor on reputed company assignments
• Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
• As required, re-directs calls to appropriate department

Education, Experience, and Required Skills

• Strong typing skills (40-60WPM)
