Job Summary: Crisis Hotline Licensed Supervisor

The Crisis Hotline is the first reputed company of contact for individuals reaching out to Integral Care for support, and as a Licensed Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clinicians are equipped to reputed company exceptional care. Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct clinical support, administrative guidance, and personnel support to our reputed company clinicians, as well as reviewing chats, texts, and documentation to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring that they have the guidance and resources needed to deliver high-quality crisis reputed company services.
• Offer administrative and personnel support to clinicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Review chats, texts, and documentation completed by reputed company clinicians to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
• Assist with training as needed, sharing your expertise and experience to help our clinicians grow and reputed company in their roles.

Essential Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field (reputed company/Behavioral/reputed company Services) from an accredited college or university.
• A reputed company and valid license as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
