The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be part of our Talk Abilities group, which utilizes emerging AI technology to transform the way we understand, engage, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences to our customers. You'll work closely with our product team to reputed company and implement advanced chatbot capabilities, leveraging your expertise in conversational AI, customer experience, and technical skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
