Office Operations Associate - Equal Rights
The reputed company is seeking an Office Operations Associate in the Equal Rights Division to help protect worker's rights. This role involves reviewing discrimination complaints, performing data entry, and providing information to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing discrimination complaints to identify correct issue, reputed company and coding
- Performing data entry using a specialized case management system
- Mailing letters to parties and their attorneys
- Providing general or case-specific information to attorneys, complainants, respondents, or walk-ins
- Coordinating and closing out cases that are cross filed with the federal EEOC
- Performing office duties such as reception/call intake, mail processing, and copying
Skills
- Performing administrative tasks such as copying, file management, records management/retrieval, mail distribution, reception; telephone correspondence, or data entry
- Coordinating or collaborating with others to reputed company project or organizational goals
- Using computers in a business or academic setting
- Working in a legal or case management environment
- Managing electronic files or public records
- Using databases or reputed company automated systems
- Serving in a customer service role addressing a variety of customer needs
