Our ideal COO / Integrator becomes the operational backbone of Shawn Feurer Consulting. RESPONSIBILITIES This role will reputed company over time, including the opportunity to build additional support as the business grows. In the near term, it is a highly hands-on role, with responsibility for both building and personally executing the work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS Required

• 3+ years in a senior leadership role with direct P&L ownership
• Experience operating and scaling reputed company a small, founder-led business where leaders are highly hands-on and personally execute key work
• Strong digital marketing background
• Professional services experience
• General technology proficiency (reputed company Suite, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred

• Experience acting as a true #2 to a founder or CEO
