About This Role reputed company is seeking a business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales and business teams in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-velocity setting where thoughtful risk assessment and practical guidance are essential to enabling reputed company and closing reputed company reputed company deals. The Senior Corporate Counsel will focus primarily on reputed company contracting, including SaaS agreements, renewals, and vendor engagements, while also providing support on broader corporate reputed company as needed. What You’ll Bring

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active admission to a state bar.
