In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our Customer Support team, providing accurate and timely assistance to clients using arenaflex's software applications. By helping clients manage online banking, in addition to cross-training on other applications, you’ll reputed company community banks to offer exceptional services to their customers.
The role will be located in-office with a hybrid work schedule or remote based on the candidate's location, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the reputed company of arenaflex.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:- Receive, log, and respond to telephone, online chats, and email inquiries about arenaflex products.
