Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: ### Customer Service Support

• Regular client interfacing reputed company phone to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
• Email management, including checking and organizing communication with clients
• Calendar management, including communication with the management team to ensure reputed company tasks are met

### Operations Support

• Creating, executing, and maintaining standard operating procedures, workflows, and processes
• Admin tasks associated with CRM software, including data entry, reporting, and analysis

### Qualifications
