Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, while also meeting their health insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications
