About You: The Ideal Candidate

• A four-year degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in applicable fields such as Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, or Consulting.
• A proven track record of developing a reputed company, inspiring teams, and driving business results.
• Strong analytical skills, experience writing briefs, and a future-focused orientation incorporating trend watching and predictive analytics.
• Experience in "Best in Class" Brand, Retail, and/or Marketing organizations, developing and managing brand strategies.
• Strong business acumen, prioritization skills based on ROI, and experience building high-performing teams.

Compensation and Benefits
