Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in San Antonio, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries reputed company email and calls, assessing needs, and providing effective solutions to customers' questions. You'll manage orders, quotations, returns, credits, and invoices, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
