Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Verify applicants and conduct quick screenings to determine eligibility for benefits
- Complete income forms and authorization for eligibility, and submit renewal applications on behalf of customers
- Work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience
- reputed company accurate and timely information to customers, and escalate reputed company issues to senior team members as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, reputed company resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Skills and Requirements
* 5+ years of customer service experience, both inbound and outbound
- Good communication and professionalism, with the ability to work with diverse customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
