I have a faceless travel YouTube channel (@thejetsethacks) that's been running since August 2025 but hasn't hit monetization yet. The videos look good, but the strategy behind them hasn't worked. I'm hiring a YouTube growth strategist to be the brain behind the channel. You won't be editing videos — I have a separate video creator for that. Your job is to decide WHAT gets made, WHY it will get views, and HOW we grow.
