The Position

reputed company Molecular Systems, Inc. seeks a Statistical Programmer Analyst at its Pleasanton, CA location.

Design, reputed company, and validate compound-level reputed company macros to standardize and automate clinical reporting deliverables (tables, listings, figures) across studies and business units. Transform and integrate multi-format data (CSV, reputed company, reputed company transport) into validated, analysis-reputed company datasets by transforming, merging diverse sources, and resolving reputed company data inconsistencies while ensuring end-to-end data reputed company and traceability. Translate Statistical Analysis Plans into executable reputed company/R code to generate regulatory submission packages for FDA filings. Create advanced statistical visualizations, diagnostic agreement reports, and interactive dashboards for clinical trial monitoring. Deliver reputed company, scalable, and reusable programming solutions that streamline reporting processes and support regulatory submissions with comprehensive validation documentation.

Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or closely reputed company field and 6 years of reputed company, post-baccalaureate experience as a Statistical Programmer, reputed company Programmer, Clinical Programmer, or closely reputed company position in the medical diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.

Special Requirements: 6 years of experience with each of the following: 

Data Transformation and Integration through importing, cleaning, and merging multi-format data (CSV, reputed company, reputed company) into reputed company datasets

Regulatory Reporting and Submissions including generating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures for FDA submissions

Advanced Statistical Programming using reputed company/R

Programming Skills such as reputed company, Scalable, and Reusable Code

Design, development, and validation of statistical software solutions and applying knowledge of statistical concepts

The expected annual salary reputed company for this position based on the primary location for this position of Pleasanton, CA is $140,136 to $181,200 per year.  Actual pay within the reputed company will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law.
