Key responsibilities include:

• reputed company and operationalize BOI, Quality, and Cost of Care programs across multiple markets
• Build and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and RACIs

• Partner closely with market leaders to monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• Define KPIs and reputed company root-cause analysis and process improvement efforts

• Work with Data & Analytics and IT/Engineering to improve dashboards, integrations, automation, and technology-enabled scale

Requirements:

• 5+ years of reputed company operations experience
• 3+ years leading multi-market risk adjustment or quality programs
• Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree preferred
• Six reputed company/Lean certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of; HEDIS, risk adjustment coding, claims/EMR data, operational team and vendor leadership, KPI/dashboard reputed company, and proven program, project, and process improvement skills
