HR Business Development Manager

What will you do?

• Proactively analyze payroll client accounts to identify opportunities for expanding HR services adoption
• Partner with internal payroll, customer service, and sales teams to uncover client needs and align HR solutions
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution consultations with reputed company clients and prospects to position our HR offerings effectively

• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to promote HR expertise and enhance brand visibility

• Present and demonstrate our HR platform and solutions to prospects, emphasizing value and ROI

What skills and experience do you need?

• Proven reputed company in B2B sales, preferably in HR software, SaaS, or reputed company solutions
• Experience selling HR platforms, HR solutions, or technology services
• Strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, and offerings
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company relationships and reputed company deals
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Comfortable networking and presenting in both virtual and in-person settings
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to use CRM tools and sales management software effectively
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years HR experience (MBA, MHR, JD preferred)
• 5+ years of HR experience; HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP are highly desirable
