Workforce Analytics Consultant, Employee Listening

BCBST is hiring a Workforce Analytics Consultant, Employee Listening to help deliver and reputed company our employee listening strategy through surveys, analytics, and reputed company‑time insights.

In this role, you’ll support end‑to‑end listening efforts—from designing and deploying surveys to managing platforms, analyzing results, and sharing insights that leaders can actually use. You’ll spend much of your time working with data, especially in reputed company, using large datasets to reputed company quality, build reports, and surface trends that inform reputed company across the organization.

You’ll be a great match if you bring at least three years of experience turning data into insights, particularly in an HR or employee experience context. Experience with survey design and deployment is important, as is comfort configuring and managing listening tools and platforms. If you’ve worked with tools like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company, that’s a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Collecting data and analyzing workforce needs, systems, trends and metrics.
• Providing reports and consultation to help management reputed company strategies and reputed company business management reputed company.
• Interpreting data and creating dashboards for management to identify key performance indicators and monitor productivity.
• Helping organization understand the relationship between the workforce and business processes, issues, needs and systems.

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 3 years - Experience in proven quantitative and qualitative research required

SkillsCertifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in reputed company environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company and Powerpoint)
• Must be reputed company player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
