Program Resource Operations Analyst

Responsibilities: Resource Management & Workforce Strategy

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Resource Manager and PMO leadership to plan, forecast, and optimize workforce allocation across program priorities.
• Analyze staffing trends, workforce gaps, and labor category alignment to inform resource planning reputed company and program execution strategy.
• Maintain and continuously improve workforce tracking tools, identifying opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
