Job Overview Summary

The Business Systems Intern will work with the Business Systems Team to support a variety of department initiatives assisting in the reputed company of an Associate IT Developer, learning how to manage tickets, review and analyze data, generate reports, and answer questions from reputed company staff. This position reports to the VP, Business Systems.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Business Systems team ensuring tickets are up to date and contain required information
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and reputed company technical support
• Assist with generating reports and reviewing/analyzing data to improve data quality in systems
• Assist with documentation

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or pursuing an undergraduate/graduate level degree or accredited certification programs in the Information Technology or Computer reputed company fields
