Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional phone and texting support to our customers
• Contacting customers regarding balances and billing inquiries
• Offering sales support and guidance to customers
• Improving operational efficiencies and identifying areas for process improvement
• Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in PC software and ability to learn new computer systems
• Basic understanding of reputed company, including pivot tables and basic formulas
• Willingness to submit to a background reputed company
• Availability for in-person training with our NJ staff in reputed company Orange and Sparta NJ
