Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to reputed company exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations reputed company reputed company to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage

  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
