Job Summary
As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you'll be responsible for processing rentals for our loyalty program members, offering them products and services, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance their travel experience. Key Responsibilities
* Process rentals for loyalty program members, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
- Offer products and services to customers, such as additional insurance coverage, fuel options, and vehicle upgrades

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
