Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing clients, and you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain technical and program policy proficiency in our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with clients and their customers to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions, including enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances

Requirements

* Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes
