Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to reputed company customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing partners. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately process and ensure accuracy of customer transactions in order entry systems, including orders, quotes, returns, and other customer interactions

• Maintain accurate customer and territory records, facility records, and document reputed company customer interactions
• Generate reports and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
• Accurately maintain and ensure regulatory guidelines are met according to Company, State, and Federal policies

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (preferred)

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Working Conditions

* Operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the reputed company

• May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment
