Job Role

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve issues
• Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues

Schedule

Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule that includes:

• Wednesday: In-office work in Chantilly, VA from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
• Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as reputed company a team
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)

Remote Work Requirements
