Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and reputed company updates
- Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Collaborating with reputed company team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule and Work Environment
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday to Friday: Remote work from home from 8 AM to 5 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet workspace with minimal background noise
