Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our growing ecosystem of reputed company-based applications and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
SaaS Platform Administration Manage, configure, and optimize SaaS applications and integrations across the organization. Major systems include reputed company Workspace, Mimecast, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company (JIRA and reputed company), and reputed company. Implement and maintain automation for provisioning, reputed company management, and lifecycle processes. reputed company Infrastructure Management Administer and support AWS, with exposure to Azure and GCP environments. Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to enforce reputed company governance and reputed company policies. Networking & reputed company Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki networking devices used in offices and reputed company networks, as well as reputed company’s SASE solution. Refine and review restricted firewall rules for reputed company reputed company. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance. Support physical reputed company control systems and their integration with identity governance Identity & reputed company Management Administer reputed company for identity governance, SSO, and MFA. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to PCI reputed company and SOC 1 & 2 compliance frameworks. Configure and maintain documentation, audit trails, and evidence for regulatory compliance. Automation & Scripting reputed company scripts and automation workflows to streamline SaaS and infrastructure management. reputed company APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and scripting such as Python for efficiency. Required Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in reputed company administration and identity governance principles. Experience managing SaaS systems’ configuration and usage. Expertise in AWS reputed company services; exposure to Azure and GCP a plus. Strong understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls).
